Iglesia Ni Cristo Images, Statue and Stamp

Iglesia Ni Cristo

Manila, Philippines - Iglesia Ni Cristo loves Felix Manalo. They consider them as 'sugong anghel' or angel sent by God from heaven. INC usually includes Felix Manalo on their prayers, songs, hymns and poems. Just like pagans, Iglesia Ni Cristo also erected a statue for their beloved Felix Manalo. Learning from this big mistake, they did not created another statue for Eraño Manalo. After receiving tons of criticisms of idolatry, they decided not to create a statue for Felix Manalo. Or do they see that Eraño Manalo is not worthy of any statue unlike Felix Manalo. I don't think INC also considers Eraño Manalo as an angel. Only Felix Manalo is worthy of that distinction. Maybe that's the reason why Eraño Manalo has to settle down on postal stamps for his loving memory. Naming streets after the Manalo family member has been automatic for any politicians wishing for the INC blessings during election times. But seriously, what good things does the Iglesia Ni Cristo cult have ever done to the Philippine society? Statue, postal stamps and street names to glorify INC cult leaders, Why Not, said by the fanatic INC followers.

Iglesia Ni Cristo

INC members say that they do not kneel, bow pray, lit candles, treat as mediators to God, sweep towel to heal diseases and make feasts out of the Felix Manalo statue. It's useless; I have to agree with them. Why would anyone kneel down and pray to the statue of Felix Manalo. Only crazy lunatic INC member would do such a thing. Felix Manalo is not an angel to grant some wishes to anyone. Felix Manalo is not a saint to grant some wishes anyone either. Felix Manalo did not lived an exemplary way of living to be glorified. A bronze statue cannot do anything. But Iglesia Ni Cristo members believe that kneeling to a 'living' Manalo is sensible enough though. Iglesia Ni Cristo members do not kneel when they pray to God. INC members believe that God is not worthy of their folded knees during prayers. They simply stand and close their eyes wishing God would hear their prayers. Do Iglesia Ni Cristo members pray before going to bed and after waking up in the morning? I do not know. Do they really have to stand up when they pray to the God Almighty? Does kneeling when we pray to God is wrong?

Why the Iglesia Ni Cristo members stand when they pray to God but kneel down in front of Manalo? Is there a need, a necessity, a law, a commandment for Christians to create a bronze statue, postal stamps or name a street after the 'Angel sent by God'? Iglesia Ni Cristo always attacks the Catholics for idolatry but don't you think Iglesia Ni Cristo need to face the mirror and ask the same idolatry question to themselves? If the Iglesia Ni Cristo thinks that there's nothing wrong in erecting bronze statue for Felix Manalo, why they did not erected another statue for Eraño Manalo? They should also erect another bronze statue for Eduardo Manalo while Ka Eduardo is still alive for Eduardo Manalo to see how INC members glorify him. Because I think It was already too late for the INC members to erect the Felix Manalo statue after he died. Bronze Statues for Felix Manalo, Eraño Manalo and Eduardo Manalo? Every INC members would love it. Imagine those 3 bronze statues standing side by side. How amusingly pathetic.

I guess Iglesia Ni Cristo members have their own favorites. They erected a statue to Felix Manalo. But postal stamp was only given Eraño Manalo. What will they give to Eduardo Manalo when he passes away? Commemorative car plates from LTO? (courtesy of INC member LTO chief Virginia Torres) LINK. Kneeling to a statue is really not good, it's bad. But erecting statue and publishing images to glorify the Manalo family of the Iglesia Ni Cristo is totally wicked and abomination in the eyes of our Creator. Not to mention kneeling down in front of the Manalo is a sin worthy of sending you to hell where INC leaders are bound to.

  2. On my recent visit to the Philippines, I noticed the many pristine Iglesia Ni Cristo Churches. It takes lots of money to build them. They must collect a lot of money, do they do anything for the filipino people? I think the many members should pray for wisdom and discernment and read the Bible on their own so they can learn the truth of what Jesus Christ is all about. "I am the way,and the truth, and the life;no one comes to the father but through Me." John 14:6
